Upgrade Policy


You are entitled to download and use, in functionality that your license allows, every full second or third unit incremental release we make available. For example, if you have AceKing 4.0.0  you can use freely versions like 4.1.1 or 4.2.3. But if you want to use a version like 5.0.0 or 5.1.2 you have to either purchase a new license or an upgrade license.

For AceKing you can be useful to you in two ways, after purchasing a license.


Data Import

The first one, is by making the importing of your previous data to AceKing. The user has the ability to import the data using the functionality of the software. Since this might sometimes end up to be a very complicated procedure, we can help you by performing the procedure instead of you.


Unlock License

The second service has to do with your privacy. You have the option to use a password to protect your data. AceKing asks for the password everytime it is launched. Moreover, when you set up the password you can store a secret question. In the rare case that you will forget you password, the secret question is used to delete it and set it to blank. If, by unfortunate circumstances, you forget the secret question you can still access your data. You can set them password to blank by purchasing, in a symbolic price, an unlock code from us.
